    How does my order ship?

    We close order via in-store pickup, in city our delivery or out city delivery via our courier partners.

    How do I cancel order?

    Since most of our products are not available for cancellation, kindly order only if you really need the item. Returns will only be accepted on damaged goods. Defective products must be approved by brands before return or exchange.

    Can I change my next delivery date?

    We can reschedule delivery for in city orders. Out of city orders will be delivered by our courier partners and delivey dates alternation will need to be approved by them.

    What if my parcel is empty?

    Since we are first party operated branch, an experience like this is highly unlikely. Just in case you face this issue, do connect with us and our support team will provide resolution.

    Why do you have charges on order cancellation?

    Since we are dealing in Mobile Phones, there are various sellout offers and product must be activated timely to get the activation support from brands.

    Once a customer orders a product, we update the serial number on brand portal and warranty starts, therefore if we restock and resale it will count as pre activated and our customers may feel cheated. So we charge a nominal fee and then resale those products at lower price for our customer benefit.
    We believe in honesty and transparency.

    How to I return defective product?

    All defective products will be refunded or exchange depending on your preference.

    But all brands providing manufacturer warranty will provide a dead on arrival letter once the defect is clear.

    Refund will be processed only with dead on arrival letter for high value electronics.

    For screen guards, accessories we can assist for direct resolution.

    When do you ship order?

    We begin processing order as soon as you place the order. It gets packed and shipped as soon as possible within 24hrs.

    For in city order the product is usually delivered within 5 minutes - 60 minutes.

    How in store pickup works?

    In store pickup is quick and easy. During checkout you will receive list of locations from where order pickup is available.
